Every booking will secure perks, wherever possible, including room upgrades, hotel credit, breakfast, late checkout, early checkin.

No additional fee to client; best available rates always provided.

Large Travel Party

$100 flat fee per trip, covers entire travel party

For bookings of parties over 6 people (i.e. 1 family with 6+ people) or individual bookings for 6 or more people. Deliverables are standard bookings confirmations, as approved by client.

Itinerary Built-Out

$100* flat fee per trip (7 days or less)
$200* flat fee per trip (8+ days)

*First 50% due upfront; second 50% due upon itinerary approval by client

Full-service trip planning and bookings; including hotel, transportation (car), activities that are bookable, suggested restaurants. Deliverable is a detailed itinerary and bookings done, upon approval. Air travel suggestions to be provided but must be booked directly by traveler.
